Exposure Direct has developed its own enterprise grade messaging platform, “Digital Genie”.  This Do-It-Yourself platform has been built from the ground up as a digital communications messaging system encompassing SMS, MMS and Email.  See below for a selection of some of Digital Genie’s functionality.

Database Import

• Ability to import mobile numbers in international or Australian format
• Import database with unlimited records
• Create an unlimited number of databases
• Manage your exclude list (for opt-outs)
• De-Duplication during database import (no duplicate users in the one database!)
• Ability to add custom fields during database import (ie. Name, gender, etc)
• Create database using manually entries
• Manually add/edit/remove users from a database

Mobile Campaign Management (SMS/MMS)

• Ability to send one campaign to multiple databases
• Ability to limit the number of recipients that the campaign is sent to (ie. If your database contains 7000 members, you can limit the send to 5000)
• De-Duplication during campaign send-out (if you send an SMS to multiple databases containing the same user, the user will only receive the message once!)
• Ability to mask the sender ID as text (ie. Instead of seeing a phone number, your recipients will see text as the sender ID)
